Fried chicken is back in Kendal, this time with a twist. PakPak is a modern fried chicken gaff with all the chicken cooked to order, we focus on every aspect of the cooking process – we brine the chicken in local beer, then we marinate in our special marinade before frying in crisp batter, after which you get to choose one of our homemade sauces. Our specialist wings are Asian-inspired, and fried in our crispy soy batter then tossed in our homemade pineapple teriyaki – all of these together with a selection of kickass side dishes.
